Dream scenario for Bayern's summer window:
In: Guerreiro (confirmed), Laimer (confirmed), Simakan (40 Mio €), Bella Kotchap (15-20 Mio €), van de Ven (25 Mio €), Declan Rice (looking more and more unlikely but getting him for 80-90 Mio € would be great), Joao Neves (5 Mio €), Goncalo Ramos (45-55 Mio €), Verbruggen (10 Mio €)

Out: Ibrahimovic (Loan, preferably to a 2. Bundesliga side), Lucas Hernandez (PSG looking likely, 50-60 Mio € would be great, 40 Mio € minimum), Wanner (Loan, preferably to a lower-table Bundesliga side, maybe Hoffenheim or Augsburg), Sarr (just get rid of him, price does not matter), Blind (already gone), Joao Cancelo (too expensive to bring back), Goretzka (ideally around 50 Mio €, but it does not even matter just get rid of him, he's been shit), Sommer (probably does not want to rot on the bench)

On the edge: Mane (disastrous second half of the season, but he did look promising in the first few games of the season and has shown determination to fight his way back into the starting 11, not going on holiday and continuing to train after the title win, will have to show improvement quickly though, or he is going to be on his way out in the winter), Gnabry (still very dangerous in front of goal, but his somewhat one-dimensional game not quite fitting Tuchels style of play and off the field issues are major red flags when it comes to his future, probably would also command a pretty nice transfer sumn, his goals are still very much needed though so he deserves to stay for now), Tel (really should get more playing time so a loan might be just what he needs, but i feel like he is talented enough to work his way into the squad anyway, like we've seen with young players at Bayern multiple times before, see Müller or Musiala)
